Pizza chefs and bakers

Like a true pizza chef and baker, during this tour you will prepare many types of delicious baked goods, testing your skills with the help of your master, Massimo. The lesson will begin with a focus on the most important step for creating a delicious speciality: making the dough. After tackling this first stage, you will learn from the chef’s explanation what the differences are between the various types of pizza and Ligurian focaccia.

So, you will roll out your dough and create a variety of pizzas, breads and focaccias, with different types of toppings, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. After around three hours of the course, you will be able to enjoy tasting your creations, accompanied by a salad and a drink.

Like a true pizza chef and a true baker, during this tour you will prepare many types of delicious baked goods, putting yourself to the test with the help of your master Massimo. The lesson will start with a part dedicated to the most important phase to undertake to obtain a delicious specialty: making the dough.


After having tried your hand at this first step, you will learn, thanks to the chef's explanation, what the differences are between the different types of pizza and Ligurian focaccia. Then, you will roll out your dough and create many varieties of pizza, bread and focaccia, with various types of toppings, using only the best and freshest ingredients.


After approximately three hours of the course, you can delight yourself by tasting your creations, accompanied by a salad and a drink.
